Monster Diesel Duals 4" exhaust system flows up to 88% better than stock and virtually eliminates backpressure. The streamlined 4" turbine outlet pipe (not required with 325 hp systems), intermediate pipe(s) and 3-1/2" tailpipes are formed of stainless, heavy-wall tubing with constant-diameter bends to maximize airflow and lower exhaust gas temps. The dual tailpipes have 52% more flow area than a single 4" tailpipe.
Banks’ polished-stainless Monster muffler features a straight-through 4"-diameter flow-path with an exclusive expansion chamber to dissipate the annoying mid-range exhaust drone that accompanies most straight-through mufflers. The muffler utilizes spun ceramic, very-high-temperature packing, flows up to 129% better than stock, and delivers the signature Monster sound in stereo. Now for the cool part: Banks’ exclusive 6” X 5” ob-round polished-stainless angle-cut rolled-edge tailpipe tips (patent pending)! The 4" Monster exhaust system flows up to 122% better than stock and virtually eliminates backpressure. The system’s pipes bolt behind the turbocharger (some applications). Banks’ streamlined 4" turbine outlet pipe (not required with 325 hp systems), intermediate pipe(s) and tailpipe are formed of stainless, heavy-wall tubing with constant-diameter bends to maximize airflow and lower exhaust gas temps.
Banks replaces the factory's restrictive muffler with a polished-stainless Monster muffler featuring a straight-through 4"-diameter path that flows up to 129% better than stock. The Banks-designed expansion chamber dissipates the annoying mid-range exhaust drone that accompanies most straight-through mufflers. Monster muffler utilizes spun ceramic, very-high-temperature packing and delivers an authoritative—but never intrusive—exhaust sound. A huge 5" polished-stainless steel tailpipe tip sports a rolled edge. Double-walled design with 1/2" air gap keeps heat from tarnishing the exterior mirror finish. Item Description: The Power Pup Downloader is a programmer/tuner that downloads horsepower and performance enhancing programs. The downloader offers up to three different Engine Tunes above stock to accommodate various driving conditions.
Stock: Choosing the Stock engine tune will result in no change to engine horsepower output. All other downloader features can still be accessed if the Stock engine tune is chosen.
Tow: This engine tune is recommended for use while towing, it is a mild tune that increases performance by 40 to 50 horsepower. This is the only tune that we recommend you tow with other than stock.
Performance: This engine tune will yield up to 75 extra horsepower. Pyrometer and boost gauges are highly recommended while using this tune.
*Extreme: This engine tune ill yield up to 120 extra horsepower. Pyrometer and boost gauges are highly recommended while using this tune.

Item Description: Bully Dog Technologies? Rapid Flow Exhaust Systems are designed and built with absolute minimal degree angles on bends. This will create the most free flowing low back pressure system in the industry allowing the turbo to move air more freely, reducing exhaust temperatures. Dyno results have shown a 10-20hp gain in horsepower by simply switching from stock to a Rapid Flow Exhaust System. This will also lower exhaust temperatures by as much as 200 degrees depending on size upgrade and horsepower output.
Exhaust systems come in 4 inch T-304 micro shine stainless steel, 4 inchT-409 stainless steel, and 16-gauge aluminized comes in 4, 5, or 6 inch. Dual exhaust systems are also available in 16-gauge aluminized.
Bully Dog recommends using a 4? exhaust system for horsepower applications less than 450 hp, while the 5? systems are recommended between 450 to 550 horsepower applications, and our new 6? systems are recommended for trucks producing more than 550 hp.
